Part of the All at Sea collection. As the name suggests the vibrant indigo creature was the source material for this wonderfully abstract carpet, Deirdre Dyson’s clever application of silk adds to the impression of the starfish being under shallow water.

All Deirdre Dyson rugs are designed in Britain by Lady Dyson and made from Tibetan wool and/or pure silk. Each design can be recreated in any colourway, in our standard pile height of 10 mm or a lower pile for hanging.
Each carpet contains 100 individual knots per square inch (the size of a postage stamp). Knot count can be increased for finer, more detailed designs and every rug is made to order by our skilled Nepalese craftspeople on the loom, using age old techniques and handmade tools.
