One of Deirdre Dyson’s most delicate, evocative designs. It’s no surprise that WINDSWEPT was designed by Deirdre Dyson in the autumn and incorporates the myriad hues of fallen leaves, each individually hand drawn by Deirdre and cascading into a pile at one end.
100% Hand knotted, this contemporary rug would be perfect in any room in your home, particularly a sitting room.
All Deirdre Dyson rug designs are customisable and can be scaled up or down into your specified shape and size.
All Deirdre Dyson rugs are designed in Britain by Lady Dyson and made from Tibetan wool and/or pure silk. Each design can be recreated in any colourway, in our standard pile height of 10 mm or a lower pile for hanging.
Each carpet contains 100 individual knots per square inch (the size of a postage stamp). Knot count can be increased for finer, more detailed designs and every rug is made to order by our skilled Nepalese craftspeople on the loom, using age old techniques and handmade tools.
